We make every attempt to represent the textures, hair types, caps and hair styles as accurately as possible and in as mush detail as possible. We offer no questions asked exchanges on unaltered stock items not marked for clearance. Please refer to our Custom Order Policies for information regarding Custom and Semi Custom Orders.
However, at times you may select a unit that does not suit your needs. In such cases, we allow customers to exchange the unit for another one of equal or lesser value, minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges; or issue store credit in the amount of the unit, minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges. Cash refunds will not be issued. Adhesives and Solvents can not be returned unless the wrong product is shipped.
PROFESSIONALLY CUT AND STYLED WIGS ARE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL $60 RESTOCKING FEE
- We cut and style each professionally cut unit to order. The Cutting & Styling Fee that is either paid separately or included in the pricing for these units will be deducted from the value of Professionally Cut units sent back for exchange when calculating the amount credited towards an exchange, or to a store credit, as applicable.
In order to qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
You must notify us within three (3) business days. If we agree to accept the exchange, we will send you an email confirmation. Any items returned for exchange or revision MUST be postmarked within five (5) business days of delivery. NO RETURN OF WIGS AND HAIR UNITS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 7 DAYS. Any returns sent without first contacting us will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if our return policy conditions are not met.
VERY IMPORTANT: Any wig returned to us for exchange or revision, as applicable, will need to be unworn, washed or cut, with its labels attached and in its original condition. Any wigs that have been damaged due to customer negligence, washed, styled or in any way altered (including cutting the lace) cannot be accepted.
We can accommodate ONE exchange per item, as long as eligibility requirements are met. If you return any of the items purchased as part of a discount or special offer, the store credit will be adjusted accordingly.
Free shipping promotions are not applicable to exchanged items.
WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES. You are responsible to pay the cost of any return shipping. If we provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label, the return shipping charge will be deducted from your remaining balance.
SOME ITEMS, SUCH AS THOSE THAT ARE ON CLEARANCE, ARE INELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS AND WILL BE CLEARLY MARKED AS SUCH PRIOR TO YOUR PURCHASE. ALL SALES OF CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE.
It is suggested but not required that you insure your package for the value of your purchase and request signature confirmation. We can not honor the return if it is lost or stolen.
