Please use this form to order your Custom Ruth's Beauty Premium Wig. Indian, Chinese, Malaysian, Mongolian and European Remy Hair custom wigs generally ship in 4-6 weeks. Rush processing is available for an additional fee. In the event your order is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible with a revised completion date. Please note that this form cannot be used to order Ruth's Beauty Black Label wigs.
Hair length is measured from crown to tips.
