Ruth’s Beauty is committed to protecting the privacy of all information provided by our customers.
We collect personal information that you provide only for the purposes of fulfilling your order (billing and shipping your order) and send updates and special offers.
At times we may invite our customers and web site users to provide information for surveys, contests, and sweepstakes via this site, email or other media. Participation is completely voluntary and any information collected is used to notify the winners and award prizes, provide site information through our newsletters or improve the use of, and satisfaction with the website.
Under no circumstances will we sell, lease, lend or give away information about customers to third parties. We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal information and it will be used only to support your customer relationship with Ruth’s Beauty.
Third-Party Web Beacons: We use third-party web beacons from Yahoo! to help analyze where visitors go and what they do while visiting our website. Yahoo! may also use anonymous information about your visits to this and other websites in order to improve its products and services and provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. To ensure your shopping experience is safe and secure, our site is designed to use 128–bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. This encryption keeps your personal information, including your credit card, secure from theft. Our site is also actively monitored 24x7 to make sure that we are always open, safe and ready for shopping.

Payment Options

We accept PayPal as well as credit card payments made with MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

All Credit Card charges will appear as Little Lamb Enterprises.

NOTE: Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card.

Order Changes and Modifications

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes. Coupon codes and discounts cannot be applied after an order has been submitted.

Exchange Policy


  • We offer no questions asked store credits for unaltered stock items not marked for clearance. Please refer to our CUSTOM ORDER POLICIES for information regarding Custom and Semi Custom Orders.

  • ALL WIGS ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE. PROFESSIONALLY CUT AND STYLED WIGS ARE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL NON-REFUNDABLE $60 CUTTING FEE- We cut and style each professionally cut unit to order. The Cutting & Styling Fee that is either paid separately or included in the pricing for these units will be deducted from the value of Professionally Cut units sent back when calculating the amount of your store credit.

  • If you return any of the items purchased as part of a discount or special offer, the store credit will be adjusted accordingly. Free shipping promotions cannot be applied to items purchased as part of an exchange.

  • WE DO NOT refund shipping charges in any circumstances. You are responsible to pay the cost of any return shipping. If we provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label, the return shipping charge will be deducted from your remaining balance.

  • SOME ITEMS, SUCH AS THOSE THAT ARE ON CLEARANCE, ARE INELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS AND WILL BE CLEARLY MARKED AS SUCH PRIOR TO YOUR PURCHASE.

CALCULATING YOUR STORE CREDIT
  • Upon receipt of the wig unit we will issue you a credit for the purchase price of your wig less a 10% re-stocking fee. For example: if your wig cost $300 then your credit after the 10% restocking fee would be $270. This credit can then be used toward the purchase price of a new wig.

  • PROFESSIONALLY CUT AND STYLED WIGS ARE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL $60 RESTOCKING FEE. For example: if your wig cost $300 then your credit after the 10% restocking fee and professional cutting fee would be $210.

  • We cannot waive any applicable restocking fees so please make sure that you take your head measurements correctly and choose the specifications that best fit your own style including but not limited to the hair texture, hair color, hair length, density, etc. prior to finalizing your order. If you are not clear on something, please ask questions first prior to ordering.


Exchange Eligibility

  • VERY IMPORTANT: Any wig returned to us for store credit will need to be unworn, washed or cut, with its labels attached and in its original condition. Any wigs that have been damaged due to customer negligence, washed, styled or in any way altered (including cutting the lace) cannot be accepted. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs that have been modified upon customer request, including, but not limited to the addition of adjustable straps, attached combs or additional density. Once the lace has been cut, the unit cannot be sent back for a store credit under any circumstances.

  • In order to qualify for a store credit, the following conditions must be met: You must notify us within three (3) business days. If we agree to accept the exchange, we will send you an email confirmation. Any items returned for exchange or revision MUST be postmarked within five (5) business days of delivery. NO RETURN OF WIGS AND HAIR UNITS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 7 DAYS. Any returns sent without first contacting us will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if our return policy conditions are not met.

  • Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, original packaging and tape securely. Write the authorization number issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Exchanges received without a valid authorization number will be refused and returned. It is suggested but not required that you insure your package for the value of your purchase and request signature confirmation. We can not honor the return if it is lost or stolen. Don't forget to send us an email with the shipping date and tracking number so that we can be aware of the package arrival!

    Backorders

    If a backorder occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority waitlist. We will promptly ship item(s) upon arrival. In addition we will inform and update by email with the estimated arrival date.     Shipping Information

  • Most in stock items not ship three to four business days from the date of purchase when orders are received prior to 4 p.m. EST. Orders submitted after this time are processed the following business day. Items designated for Same Day Shipping will ship the same day if ordered by 4 p.m. EST. Modified orders, such as bleached knots, extra density, adjustable straps, attached combs or professional cutting and styling may require extra processing time, as noted in the item description.

  • Orders are shipped on business days, Monday through Friday. When an item is not in stock, we ship it as soon as it is available. Custom orders generally ship within their estimated delivery times.

    Signature Confirmation Required All orders are shipped insured with signature confirmation. Once you have received your tracking number and confirmation of shipment, lease make arrangements to be home on the scheduled date of delivery or to retrieve the item from your local UPS facility or Post Office, For the protection of our customers, packages will only be shipped to the billing address associated with the credit card or to your confirmed PayPal address, as applicable. Please contact your card issuer or PayPal, as applicable, PRIOR to making a purchase if you require delivery to a different address. IF YOUR ADDRESS DOES NOT MATCH, YOUR ORDER MAY BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELED.

    Any shipment that needs to be re-shipped due to customer supplying an incorrect address will be charged a separate fee. Free shipping is not applicable to re-shipped or re-routed orders. WE WILL NOT WAIVE SIGNATURE SERVICE ON ORDERS OVER $75.

    Shipping Carriers We currently ship orders through UPS and USPS.

    Shipping Costs Shipping charges and delivery time estimates for all shipping methods will be automatically calculated when you enter your zip code on the product page, however these times may not take into account requested modifications so please allow additional time for special requests.

    Free Shipping & Handling

    We're always looking to bring you the best deals and discounts. That's why when you place an order over $200 at Ruth's Beauty and you’ll get Free domestic UPS ground shipping on your order.

    Order Processing

    Orders are processed in to our system within 4 hours of order placement, at which time, they cannot be changed in any way.

    NOTE: Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card.



    Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays and additional shipping and handling charges, as information must be verified. Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

    Shipping Delays or Lost Orders

    Please be advised that Ruth's Beauty assumes no responsibility for delays or lost orders. Once we assign the package to a carrier, the package is no longer in our control and becomes the carrier's responsibility. If your item is lost in transit, it will be replaced once a claim is placed with the carrier.

    Cancellation of In-Stock Orders

    Any orders that are not yet processed may be cancelled by phone at 1-800-788-8795. We cannot guarantee that cancellations made by email will be processed in time. Call us to insure the cancellation of your order to prevent unwanted charges and shipping costs. Customers may leave a voice message after business hours. Once orders have been processed, they cannot be cancelled or modified. Any deliveries of orders not accepted by the customer will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee in addition to the return shipping charge. A professional cutting fee will also be applicable for professionally cut wigs.

    Fraud and Theft

    CREDIT CARD FRAUD AND THEFT OF OUR MERCHANDISE WILL BE PROSECUTED. CHARGEBACKS FOR ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN RECEIVED WILL BE FORWARDED TO COLLECTIONS AGENCIES.
