Custom Order Policies

Please read these Custom Order Policies thoroughly before placing an order. By placing an order with Ruth's Beauty, you hereby consent to follow all such policies.

CUSTOM and SEMI CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED BUT CAN BE RE-MADE or REPAIRED TO YOUR SATISFACTION.

We stand behind our materials and craftsmanship 100%. If there is a flaw in the production of your order, we will replace or revise it at NO cost to you. If a repair or re-do is necessary we will send you the custom order form via email so you can tell us what needs to be done to your unit.

NO REFUNDS.

We will only accept returns of CUSTOM and SEMI-CUSTOM Orders for revisions. We do not offer refunds. Additional fees may apply or changes or modifications. Please see further details below.

CHANGE IN PREFERENCES.

We will not accept returns or exchanges of CUSTOM ORDERS and SEMI CUSTOM ORDERS due to a change in preferences, but we may be able to revise the order to conform to your new preferences. If it is possible to revise the order in this manner, any such services will be subject to additional fees, which will be estimated and provided to you to enable you to decide how you would like to proceed.

NON-CONFORMING ITEMS.

If you receive your CUSTOM or SEMI CUSTOM ORDER and it does not conform to your order specifications, please contact us within three (3) days. Any items returned for exchange or revision MUST be postmarked within five (5) business days of delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any returns sent without first contacting us will not be accepted. We will work as diligently and as quickly as possible to revise the wig to conform to your original order.

If you have any questions or are unsure of any of the items on the Custom Order form, please call us at (800) 788-8795 and we would be happy to help you complete your order. You can also write us indicating your contact details and a time you will be available and we can call you. Please check the details of the order and make sure that is correct, and make any necessary corrections. Email us any corrections so that we may issue you a revised order form. We will notify you if any additional charges are applicable and issue you an invoice.

Once you complete our Custom Order form, your custom wig order will be submitted to our wigmakers and they will immediately begin selecting the hair and base materials you requested. Please make sure that you send all of the required information for your custom order such as: photographs and templates to get the process started faster. You order will not be placed into to production until all the required information has been received. It is important that you include up-to-date contact information on your form so that we may reach you in the event that your order is incomplete.

ORDER CHANGES

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to your order once production has begun. Please double check your order and confirm everything is correct before submitting it. Most importantly, please remember that we are here to answer any questions (no question is too complicated or too small- we want you to be absolutely 100% satisfied with your order and that means answering any questions you have so that we can bring you the wig that reveals an unabashedly gorgeous you!

PRODUCTION TIMES

Let us know if you have an important date approaching and we will do everything possible to get your order to you in time. It takes three to eight weeks to produce your custom wig, depending on the order. You will be notified when your custom wig is ready to ship, and of any balance that are outstanding on your order. All outstanding balances must be paid in full before your custom wig will be shipped to you.
